If intelligence is the ability to learn, then babies are born geniuses! Your little one may not be able to talk yet – but don’t be fooled! There’s a lot going on in that cute head.

The early child education history is full of incidents of early or fetal education received by the child at womb.

In the the ancient epic "Mahabharatha", "Abhimanyu" son of Arjuna learnt while he was in his mother's womb. He started hearing a conversation between Lord Krishna and five pandavas when he was still at his mothers womb. Lord Krishna was teaching how to break the trap of "badmavyug", a type of trap set in the war to catch and kill the brave warriors who cannot be defeated by any other means. abhimanyu learns from his mothers womb how to get inside the trap, but unfortunately, her mother gets up and goes away, while Lord Krishna explaining how to come out of the trap. Abhimanyu learnt the art of getting in but never knows how to come out. This resulted in his fate, later in the war, that he was trapped, caught and killed by the enemies.

Prahlad is a great devotee of Lord Vishnu, was born to the wicked King HiranyaKashipu. When he was in his mother's womb. Narad the divine messenger, gave her the mantra of Hari and Prahlad listened to those mantra while in womb.

Our moods reflect our babies growth. Our likes, dislikes, fears, phobias, depression  - all these behaviors are in part the product of conditioned learning in the womb.

At birth, a child was robust and healthy, but refused her mother's breast milk. The doctor persuaded another women to try breast-feeding the child. When sleepy Kristina was placed in her arms by a nurse, kristina grasped the women's breast and began drinking the milk. Surprised by her reaction, the doctor questioned Kristina's mother and found that she had wanted abortion. "My husband wanted the child", explained the mother. "That is why I had her." According to FedorFreybergh, this was not news to Kristina, who had been painfully aware of her mother's rejection for a long time.  -- Reader's Digest

This proves that children learn even before they are born as baby's ears begin to form at around eight weeks and become structurally complete at about 24 weeks. But as early as 18 weeks, the bones of the inner ear and the nerve endings from the brain have developed enough for your baby to hear sounds such as your heartbeat and blood moving through the umbilical cord. He may even be startled by loud noises! For the rest of the pregnancy, sound serves as a baby's major information channel. By week 25, your baby begins to hear your voice and your partner's and may even recognize those voices as early as week 27. Sounds may be muffled, though, because the ears are still covered with vernix, the thick waxy coating that protects the skin from becoming chapped by the amniotic fluid.

In Western philosophy, traces of the idea that came to be called the tabula rasa appear as early as the writings of Aristotle. Aristotle writes of the unscribed tablet in what is probably the first textbook of psychology , a newborn’s brain was a tabula rasa – a blank state. But as it is now widely established that a baby is born with a remarkable sense of intelligence – not just after its birth, but when it is in the mother’s womb. Even then, the newborn registers memory. Things like the mother’s heartbeat, for example – it fell asleep to that sound, woke up in response to that sound and moved to its rhythmic, regular pounding. It is evident that there is a synchronization between the mother and her unborn child. Immediately after a child is born, what the baby is exposed to also makes a lasting, indelible impression on a tender mind. Perhaps, one of the biggest mistakes parents could make is to underestimate the capacity of the child’s intelligence during these early formative years.

  • Do you want to improve your child's visual, auditory, and tactile stimulation with increased frequency, intensity and duration.
  • Do you want your child to have multiple language acquisition
  • Do you like your child to have Computer-like math calculation skill.
  • Do you like to improve your child's learning skills through the achievement of the alpha wave state or subconscious way of learning .
  • Do you like your child use multi-sensory learning besides the visual and auditory modes of stimulation.

At birth, a child’s brain is only one-fourth the weight it acquires while in adulthood. But, what is interesting is that in a mere span of two years the growth of the brain is so brisk that it reaches 3/4 of the weight it gains as a fully developed adult brain. Toddlers have been known to shown remarkable capacities for learning – a new language, gestures or attitudes – but how that ability is used depends much on the guidance and regulation imparted by parents.

The bonding process between the mother and her unborn baby is both fascinating and powerful. The mother can do a lot in her pregnancy stages, either to lovingly nurture the fetus or unknowingly victimize and abuse the unborn child. We at Little Gems teach you not only about brain stimulation training methodology, we also educate you to experience a great bonding with your child.
